Item Availability

Occasionally we have customer favorites that are temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). These items may be ordered for delivery in 2-3 weeks. Items marked Sold Out are not orderable. For more information, please read the details below.

Please note: expected shipment times are based on when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Every effort is made to ship your purchase within 24 hours. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

If you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-3 full business days, it will leave the warehouse no later then Thursday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and where your products are being shipped. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, not including federal holidays in the United States.

Backorder Items

Backorder items are items that are TEMPORARILY out of stock but available for purchase on our site. We know how much you want your new BOBO and we will be the first to say, "We're Sorry!" A Backorder item that you may order is shipped directly to you once it's back in stock. We'll let you know the status of your item(s) via e-mail. You can find the expected shipment time (for example, "Backorder: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") on the Product Detail page.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on bobowrap.com and where those items will be delivered, a few different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will based on the shipping method of choice and will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.

In a time crunch? Most likely, you will be able to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and credit authorization must be cleared by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Again, business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as it is ready. Therefore, we may make slight changes to freight carrier depending on each carrier's pick up times and delivery estimates. For example, if you have selected UPS Second Day Air and UPS has already picked up for the day, we may ship it FedEx 2 Day Air instead to expedite delivery.

Shipping within the United States - 48 Contiguous States

We offer several shipping methods for deliveries in the United States. Below are estimated shipping charges and delivery times for each shipping method to 48 of the contiguous states.

Standard FedEx Ground $6 Flat Rate(Best Value), 1-7 business days

2 Day Air $17-26, 2 business days

Next Day Air $27-56, 1 business day

These are our estimated expedited shipping charges. Your actual shipping charges determined by the shipping carrier will be reflected during checkout.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii and U.S. Territories

We will also ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands). Orders shipped to these areas will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $6. Faster delivery will be charged according to standard rates.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees

BOBO Wrapping Scarves are made in the USA. Customers in Connecticut will be charged relevant sales tax at the time of order.

Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to taxes levied by the respective governments. For the lowest shipping costs with package tracking service, we recommend the United States Postal Service Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. For faster delivery we recommend UPS Worldwide Express Saver.

We're sorry but other international shipping is not available at this time.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from bobwrap.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges.

Please contact info@bobowrap.com for a return approval code. The item must be returned in original condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork to ensure credit.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

Items ordered on www.bobowrap.com cannot be returned to land based stores that sell BOBO products.

Damaged or Defective Items

We are sorry that you have received an item that is damaged or defective. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.

Gift Wrapping Information:

We will take utmost care to wrap your gift item beautifully with a wrapping scarf from the Everyday Collection. Winter 09-10, we will be wrapping with Green Metallic. If you have a color request, please write us a note and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
